PURCHASES 

In order to access the Purchase Services, you may first register as a user of the Website or place an order without creating an account. As part of the registration process, or as part of your continued use of the Purchase Services, you may be required to provide personal information about yourself (such as identification or contact details), including address, email and password.

You warrant that any information you give to EPTA LAB in the course of completing the purchase process will always be accurate, correct and up to date. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors.

By placing an order on www.epta7lab.com, you agree to receive marketing communications from EPTA, from which you can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email footer. 

 

ACCOUNT

Once you have completed the registration process, you will be a registered member of the Website ('Member') and agree to be bound by the Terms. You may not use the Purchase Services and may not accept the Terms if; you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with EPTA LAB.; or you are a person barred from receiving the Purchase Services under the laws of Australia or other countries including the country in which you are resident or from which you use the Purchase Services. 

 

PAYMENTS

Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through (the 'Payment Gateway Provider'). In using the Purchase Services, you warrant that you have familiarised yourself with, and agree to be bound by, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Providers. 

For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as a result of payment being processed in respect of your order.

 

Credit Cards 

Payment can be made by the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard. The purchases made with Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. All credit/debit card transactions on the Website are processed using Shopify Payments. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to EPTA LAB, your order will be not processed and accepted. 

Paypal 

When selecting the PayPal option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to “Log In” and review the amount shown before clicking “Pay Now”. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the Website. If the PayPal refuses to authorize payment to EPTA LAB, your order will not be processed and accepted. 

Afterpay 

When selecting the Afterpay option, you will be directed to the Afterpay site to “Log In” and review the amount shown before clicking “Pay Now”. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the Website. If the Afterpay refuses to authorize payment to EPTA LAB, your order will not be processed and accepted. 

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are issued in AUD however can be used in either currency for redemption. EPTA LAB gift cards are valid for use online at www.epta7lab.com. Gift cards may not be exchanged if lost or stolen and expire 36 months from date of issue. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases prior to the expiry of the card. Any balance that remains on the card at expiry will not be available for use. 

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Following payment of the Purchase Price being confirmed by EPTA LAB, you will be issued with an order confirmation email to confirm that the payment has been received and EPTA LAB may record your purchase details for future use. The confirmation email also provides you with a tax invoice and gift receipt. 

Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.

 

ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING

At our discretion, we can choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. 

The delivery confirmation or pick-up notification is our acceptance of your order. You acknowledge that the Purchase Services offered by EPTA LAB integrate delivery (the ' Delivery Services') through the use of third party delivery companies (the ' Delivery Service Providers') or pickup in selected retail locations. 

You acknowledge and agree that EPTA LAB is not the provider of these delivery and insurance options and merely facilitates your interaction with the Delivery Service Providers in respect to providing the Delivery Services. 

In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services, EPTA LAB asks that you: contact the Delivery Service Provider directly or contact us by sending an email to epta.lab7@gmail.com outlining in what way the Products were damaged or lost in transit so we are able to determine if a claim on any insurance options available. 

You acknowledge that EPTA LAB does not provide the Delivery Services to you and you agree that EPTA LAB will not be liable to you for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profit or opportunity, or damage to goodwill arising out of or in connection with the Delivery Services. 

MADE TO ORDER & READY TO SHIP 

Production times are specified at time of purchase and start the first business day after the purchase. Our production time frames vary across products and the shipping time frame is an estimation only. Production delays may occur. 

Products in-stock can be ordered before 2pm AEST for same day dispatch with Express Post. Ready To Ship status of product is shown when adding product to cart. 

EPTA LAB cannot guarantee that all products marked as Ready To Ship are in stock at the time of your order due to stock discrepancies. If a product is unavailable, we may contact you by phone or by e-mail to indicate any delays. 

Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email.

 

PRICE

In using the Purchase Services to purchase the Product through the Website, you will agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the Website for the Product (the 'Purchase Price'). The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website include goods and services tax (GST). We may, at our discretion, change the prices and delivery costs shown on the Website. 

International shipping cost is depending on location and duties and taxes will be calculated and payable at checkout.

BESPOKE & PERSONALISED 

Bespoke and personalised specifically made to order for the customer, they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Review your order to ensure all bespoke requests are correct before completing your purchase. 

 

WARRANTY POLICY

We value the connection between our jewellery and its wearer and are proud of our enduring designs and innovative craftsmanship.

That’s why we provide a 6month warranty from the date of purchase, covering every piece if any damage occurs.

Beyond that period, our commitment continues with a lifetime repair service for a small fee, ensuring you can enjoy your jewellery for years to come. If repairs aren't possible, we also provide a recycling service, reflecting our dedication to sustainability.

Our warranty does not cover lost items, inappropriate use or storage of your product and any repairs or modifications made by third parties.
EPTA LAB will cover all costs associated with a valid warranty claim.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
