Returns Policy

At Epta, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we're here to help, whether it's due to a fault or a change of mind.

Returns for Faulty Items
If your item has a defect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. We’ll assess the fault and take the best course of action to resolve the issue.

Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes things don’t quite match your expectations. If eligible, you may return items for a refund, provided they meet the following conditions:

•⁠ ⁠The item must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase (or 30 days from the delivery date for online orders).
•⁠ ⁠It must be in its original, unworn condition, with no signs of damage or wear.
•⁠ ⁠You’ll need to provide proof of purchase and return the item in its original packaging.

Please note that some items are not eligible for returns due to change of mind, including earrings, resized rings, engraved, custom, or made-to-order pieces.

Return by Post or Courier
If you're returning items via post, please ensure:

•⁠ ⁠All return shipping costs are pre-paid by you, as we do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
•⁠ ⁠You take responsibility for any damage or loss during transit. We recommend insuring your return (e.g., using Australia Post 'Extra Cover') for peace of mind.
•⁠ ⁠Include a copy of your shipping confirmation or order details in your return package.

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Our Assessment Process
All returns undergo careful inspection by our team to ensure they meet the return criteria. Refunds, repairs, or replacements will be processed in line with Australian Consumer Law and Epta’s Terms and Conditions.

We aim to complete your refund or exchange within a reasonable timeframe, using the same method you paid with. Please note that refunds for cash payments may be issued via cheque, direct deposit, or debit card.
